Originally from West Greenwich, RI Katie and her family have been living in Phelps area for ten years. She has a degree in Marine Engineering and a local laser engraving business. Katie and her husband, Erik have a daughter Annmarie and a son Monroe. They enjoy spending their free time exploring all the things the Northwoods has to offer.

Amanda has been in the administrative world of real estate for over 10 years. She brings that experience to the team along with being thorough, creative, and personable. She moved to our beautiful Northwoods when she married her husband. When she's not out gathering property details and taking videos for new listings, she is enjoying raising their five children and adventuring with them.
