I must say this group is one of the best, my mom who is up in age and not always easy to deal with has sold her house, do to Julie and her team, they were always around to answer the questions we had and we did all transactions on line which was a great help to us being I live out of state and mom moved in with me and we could not travel back to Wisconsin so thanks to Julie and the team the sale when effortlessly and sold quicker then we thought it would. great job Julie and team.

Julie Winter Paez is without doubt the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with In my ownership of 7 homes. She is always available. She stays on top of every issue. And she really knows what she is doing. She sold our home for more than we were asking. We received an offer a day after the first visit by another real estate agent. Then the buyer pulled back after he saw a satellite view of the property which appeared to show the house over the boundary of the property. We knew that was not true and we spent a hefty sum to get a quick survey by a qualified site survey company and proved the house was within bounds set by the county. Julie got the buyer to give up his commission so we could be reimbursed for the site survey. Over all we felt in good hands with Julie and know she would do the same for any of her customers.
