Originally from West Greenwich, RI Katie and her family have been living in Phelps area for ten years. She has a degree in Marine Engineering and a local laser engraving business. Katie and her husband, Erik have a daughter Annmarie and a son Monroe. They enjoy spending their free time exploring all the things the Northwoods has to offer.
Amanda Rainer Listing Coordinator
Amanda has been in the administrative world of real estate for over 10 years. She brings that experience to the team along with being thorough, creative, and personable. She moved to our beautiful Northwoods when she married her husband. When she's not out gathering property details and taking videos for new listings, she is enjoying raising their five children and adventuring with them.
Becky Prigge Transaction Coordinator
I am Becky Prigge, Transaction Coordinator for the JWP Group and a life long resident of the Boulder Junction area. I got my start in real estate as a secretary and closing agent for a land development company in 1989. I have worked all aspects of real estate from title insurance and property management to earning my Broker's license and becoming a top producing Buyer's Agent. I joined the JWP Group in 2019 as a Buyer's agent. After 6 succesful years I took a step back from sales to care for my elderly parents and travel with my husband of 37 years. I know the ins and outs of the industry and enjoy helping my teammates and clients have a smooth transaction.
