Kirsten was amazing to work with from the very beginning. In a world where people have become not reliable with responding and follow thru, she was a gem. She was awesome when my husband reached out about a property immediately. The area we were looking for is almost 4 hours away from where we live and she was able to work with our schedule and show us 3 properties on a Saturday. She knew a ton about the Eagle River area and about the lakes and the regulations. She was comfortable walking some not so easy to get around land so my husband and son could see it well. When we decided to put an offer on land she kept us well informed. She did conference calls with us so the 3 of us could talk. The whole offer, acceptance, closing was extremely smooth and easy. All was done online by email. We would highly recommend Kirsten and her team. No complaints at all.
