After you list your home with me, if you are not satisfied with my service, if you feel I made promises I did not fulfill, or if you simply decide you no longer want to sell your home, whatever the reason, give me an eight hour written notice to terminate the listing. Your listing will be returned, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is my highest concern.
